If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, personal customer service and aim to make returns as easy as possible. Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 14 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will refund your total purchase amount. How to return Wrap the unused item securely in its original package with original labels intact. Complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose in the package.
